The LaunchWell Group (“LaunchWell,” “we,” or “us”) provides recruiting and talent advisory services for our clients (“Client Organizations”). During the hiring process, we collect and process personal information submitted by candidates who apply for roles either with LaunchWell or with our Client Organizations.

We collect personal information such as contact details, resumes, work history, and interview notes. This information may come directly from candidates or through third-party sources such as LinkedIn, referrals, or background screening partners where permitted by law.
How We Use Candidate Information
Candidate data is used solely for recruitment and hiring purposes—evaluating qualifications, managing communications, and coordinating interviews for LaunchWell or our Client Organizations.
We do not sell or share candidate data for marketing or unrelated purposes. Information is shared only with authorized LaunchWell personnel and relevant Client Organization representatives directly involved in the hiring process.
Data Ownership and Internal Access
All candidate data collected and processed through LaunchWell’s recruiting systems, including Ashby, is owned and securely managed by LaunchWell. Candidate profiles may be accessible to authorized LaunchWell team members supporting multiple clients for legitimate recruiting purposes.
LaunchWell maintains an internal policy not to share candidate information directly between Client Organizations without prior consent or a clear, relevant opportunity. When a role closes, LaunchWell may retain candidate profiles within its professional talent network for future opportunities. If a candidate’s background aligns with a new position at another Client Organization, LaunchWell will first contact the candidate to confirm interest and consent before sharing their information externally.
LaunchWell takes reasonable steps to ensure that candidate information is used only in ways that align with our privacy commitments and professional standards.
Data Retention and Security
Candidate information is stored securely within our applicant tracking system (Ashby) and retained only as long as necessary to complete recruiting activities or comply with applicable regulations. LaunchWell applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
